Established in 1937. Frost first opened in 1937 and was the site of commencement ceremonies for Stanford University from 1938 until 1984. Frost was then re-opened in 2019 with updated restrooms, a larger stage, and more amenities. It is now open for live performances and can hold up to 8,000 people.
