I've heard mixed reviews about ROTK13. I've played most of the series, up to 10 or 11 (been so long that I don't remember where I stopped). Definitely didn't play 12. Is this worth grabbing during the Steam summer sale? Also, is the xpak bundle recommended? I've seen mixed reviews. TIA

[ROTK13] I'm struggling to understand and see the point of this game. I played 9 many many years ago and have yearned to play it again. I picked up this game and am completely baffled by it. I tried Hero mode but ended up even more confused so I started my own campaign on super easy with busted custom officers.
